Can I sell my house on my own, or do I need to use an agent?

    You can definitely sell your house on your own.You just have to follow one of these ways to do so.
    1-Put up a FOR SALE sign in front of your home and relax.This is the most easiest and the most cheapest way out.Soon you will receive a lot of calls from people who wish to buy your home.At first you might feel lucky,but at the same time you can be unlucky as well.If you get a minimum of 10 calls,it might be possible that half of them are brokers.It might prove to be difficult for you to judge between a broker and a genuine buyer.So,in order to avoid the risk,I'd prefer you think about an alternative.
    2-You can list your property on an FSBO website.There a number of websites throughout the internet that will help you sell your home without demanding any kind of commission.They just require a flat rate fee and sell your home within no time,rather than demanding 1-2% commission from the total amount like the brokers.I don't mean no offense to the broker community,they will sell your home quickly as well,but I am just helping those who wish to sell their homes on their own,free of any kind of commission.
