Pardon me, but I am wondering about something. It seems everyone today says "it may or may not be". Why are we doing that? What other choices are there? Didn't we know that before we asked the question? What benefit is there to stating the obvious?
I do not mean to pick on you, it's just that I see this everywhere and wonder if I am the only one who is bothered by it.
