In MMA we practice some ground wrestling (BJJ) and since I'm only 1 of 3 girls most of the time I'm paired up with a male who are 99% of the time stronger than me. Even though I'm more experienced, they get me to submit every time, how can I improve?

Women in general DO NOT have stronger lower body strength than men, where did you hear this nonsense from????
I mean, have you ever followed powerlifter, top men are squatting in the 900-1000 lb range......women, not even close. The average joe has lower body strength that would rival 90% of the average jane.
