Help answer this question below.

My bf broke up w/ me last week & already has a new girl. Its killing me. I try to take my mind off it, keep busy, go out & meet new people, get rid of the things he gave me, but nothing helps. I'm so angry, jelous & hurt. I know takes time, but what now?
