What would be the best book to read for someone who wishes to become a Catholic?

    I would definately not recomend reading the bible if you want to become a catholic......Just because if you do become a catholic you will find that they practice man made traditions that are not at all backed up by the word of God......If you read the bible and become a catholic....I assure you....you will become very dissapointed.

    I dont know why a catholic would read the bible anyway....they sure dont follow what it says.
