What are your feelings on dating a smoker if you're a non smoker? Can it work out?

    I am a life long non cigarette smoker,and had smoking girlfriends in the past.I had a hard time getting past kissing them and the smell on their clothing.The relationship did not last long because of the smell and second hand smoke.
