I read that the wines don't need to be refrigerated. The white ones can be kept near a sink, in a cellar or their own refrigerator which is less chilly & red wines do not need to be refrigerated at all. But dad is keeping wines like 'Jacob's Creek' & 'Grand Plantey' in the refrigerator.

Where can i get the the names of grapes and the regions they are made in ? how do i know which wine should be stored for years before drinking it and which one is good for drinking right away?
