    There are not really good or bad people in this world. "Bad" really refers to whom have lower level of knowledge. The purpose of your life is to gain knowledge from experience in this life and reincarnate to another life carrying this knowledge until you gain all of it and immersed into the divine infinity of Knowledge that is God.

    So if you look at the bad person you refer to, it is just that he is probably having a lower level of knowledge. He will get better... Anything you experience in this life say love, hatred, punishment etc are all various form of knowledge.
