Help answer this question below.

One time I was running in a track meet and I passed out. Now it's become a nagging fear or mine. What can I do to overcome this fear completely?

    It sounds like the pass out you experience has triggered a phobia or anxiety disorder related to your running. CBT or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy by a Psych doctor is a GREAT way of killing fears. It usually only takes 10 weeks until you are cured. Look it up on the net, there's plenty of info re CBT.
