Well diets where you only eat one thing, or it revolves around one thing, are nothing more than a quick fix. And then you stop and you go back to being fat again, and probably more unhealthy and malnourised than before. Sticking to only one thing, or cutting something out of your diet completely is nonsense. It's better to have a healthy, balanced diet as a whole, not just go ON diets. Does that make sense? Instead of looking for the latest and greatest, why not change the way you eat- for good?
When you go on a diet where you only eat one or two things, you're malnourishing your body. Youre eating WAY less calories than you should be to maintain a healthy body- considering your organs need calories to continue working! Also, you're not getting the necessary and basic nutrients your body needs. Instead of going on the "lemonade diet" or the "Hard boiled egg and shot of vinegar diet" (yes that one's real)- why not just eat healthier and excercise? You'll actaully look better when your body is toned, and not just stick skinny.
