Help answer this question below.

I am really sick, I went to see the doctor, he sent me for a urine test today and i am waiting the results, i have fever and feel like puking, if i stick my finger down my throat and induce the puking will that help? (I have never done this before)

    It will relieve it for about 10 minutes then the nausea feeling will come back.
    Try to get fluids into you & keep fluids down for twenty minutes to prevent dehydration.
