God's Control Agreement is verbal and He followed the same format when He offered the Agreement to each spirit following their creation.

"Control agreement" is mans thoughts to explain the unexplainable. There is no verbal control agreement - it is an innate part of the Absolute within each Soul.

In God's Plan there are a select group of people/spirits who receive information from God and His angels. They will be shown the past including a time of their creation and the offer of God's Control Agreement. These individuals also get to view The Burning Lake of Fire/Hell as it was shown to them before they accepted or declined God's Control Agreement through God's visions. They will also see the type of spirit they were on Heaven. God and His angels will tell the spirits of their future for eternity as well. Knowledge is great.
