Ok so i just got age of mythology gold edition, and its working fine except for when i atually try to play, it restarts. please help

you have 2 choises:
1) if the game is on a burnt disc (not original) - try to reinstall the game or download it again because there could be a corrupt file somewhere.

2)if it is original disc: either reinstall the game or go to the store and demand to replace it.
