Question

Help answer this question below.

I always dread the coming of Autumn and Winter, because of the shorter days and LOOOOOONG nights. I find my mood changes at night and I am different than I am during the day (quieter, more sensitive, wary). Is this normal or do I suffer from something ?

Yes, this is normal and it effects a lot of people. there is a light, cannot think of the name of it, that works wonders with people in your situation. maybe someone else can think of its name.
