Question

Help answer this question below.

I’m a 17 year old High School student in Florida and I will be turning 18 in January. I have looked at colleges all over Florida that have programs in Real Estate. Should I go a University or a Community College? Do Real Estate companies hire teenagers?

If you can't find a degree program in real estate (I've never heard of one), you could try for a business degree. That would probably help you.

A word of caution, though. The real estate market in Florida is declining and real estate agents can make either a lot of money or nearly none at all. Just be sure you do some industry research first. A business degree may offer a wider horizon in the future. Good luck.
