Is there a god, and either way, how do we know?

    If you are predisposed to refusing to believe any kind of God exists, then no amount of evidence will make any difference to you.
    However, logic suggests that you cannot prove a negative. While one may not be able to "prove" God exists, it would be impossible to "prove" that God does not exist.

    • You can prove a negative. "There are no square circles" is easy enough to prove.

    • First part agreed; Wrong in that negatives can be proven; YinYang: logic suggests no such thing - quite the opposite.
