Help answer this question below.

my supervisor asked out to eat tomorrow , i dont undestand why ? im not into him ,ive met him for 3 years now

i think its because since last month we dont talk too much since hes in another dpt and since i complained he was mistreating me , he said last time i yelled at him which i didnt and i show the proof to my boss (a woman ) and she believed me ....but he asked me a few days ago if i was still with my bf ,i said no ...then today he told me i like the perfum you use ....whta do you think , he wants to kind of apologyze or wants something else ????..-i dont like him at all but well hes always flirting with girls and he tells me you look good

    If this man is in a position of authority what he is doing could be considered sexual harassment and I am sure it is against the compoany's policy. Tell him as clearly as you can that he needs to back off and leave you alone and if he doesn't get the hint I would report him to HR and whatever happens to him is his own fault for being so stupid.
