Is there a way to get nail polish out of a white bedsheet?

    Soaking, dabbing, sponging the spot with polish remover can get the polish out but doesn't do much about the color stain. You could try getting all the detectable polish off and then wash the sheet (or at least that area of it) alone--without detergent--a mild soap only. Then wash the sheet with your regular wash, after which try bleaching that spot with a small brush. It is MOST important to get all the polish remover rinsed and washed out before bleaching. So many new products have newly developed chemical "boosters" in them, and--BELIEVE ME--you don't want to mix unknown chemicals.
