Do deer antlers grow back?

    yes they do..... I find their shed horns in my yard all the time. When they start growing back it is calling "being in VELVET" and it is pretty cool looking. Then they rub the "Velvet" off via an old tree or something and then the bone hardens and there is their new BIGGER set of antlers. Cause each year their horns get bigger. Cool hu?
