Help answer this question below.

A guy just showed up for a job interview and isn't even wearing a tie. What does this indicate? At this company all male employees must wear ties, so it's kinda bad when someone walks in for an interview and isn't wearing one.

    (1.) Dressing up for an interview should be default behaviour for anything white collar.
    (2.) If the guy didn't do enough background checking into the company to know about the dress code, I wouldn't hire him either. Hell, peeking into the lobby would have told him all he needed to know. :)
