Actually, it does work against a woman, though not to the same extent.

This is also sort of correct. I wouldnt be too sure about the same extent thing. Women may (I said may, because having everything internal does NOT mean its safe) see it alot worse if a solid blow hits the spot.

It works against women a lot more. I know because I've used it. It cripples them. I don't even hit them hard but it's enough to incapacitate them. Very effective.
