Help answer this question below.

When I clicked my restart button , a message popped up saying a third party tried to get in to my computer and now I'm connecting to the Internet with out me even clicking connect?

My desktop runs on Vista Home Premium. Every time I tried to start the computer, it crashes. When I turned on McAfee, it says my PC is not protected. When I tried to fix it, an error message popped up saying it cannot be fixed.
