The best advice i can give is just be yourself.I started getting psoriasis at 19 just after i left school ,on and off could be quite bad at times.Friends will never judge you ,i know of three other people with it,one very well.He had psoriatic arthritis and even compared to me it was very bad.Keeping this in mind we both never worried about it and we just got on with life, i can honestly say it never held us back.
We met people no problem and although yes at the start with someone new it bothered me i can honestly say ,women really are ok with it.Just a few years ago i was with someone that seemed to have a fetish for picking my skin, lol.Oh and she wasnt mad:).
Just get on with life ,sometimes back of your mind you are thinking about it when meeting new people but basically dont give a shit,i am 34 and i know loads of people where i live.Nobody ever gave me grief about it and i can honestly say women dont seem to worry about it either.
Its all in the mind ,try not to get to stressed about it because it really is never as bad as you think it is.:)
