The first thing he should do is just ask her what he could do to help, since different women are helped by different things and some women might be uncomfortable with some actions. You can certainly make suggestions, but it's generally a good idea to ask permission before you start touching anywhere.

    Some suggestions, though:
    *Belly rub
    *Lower back rub
    *Foot rub
*Make a heating pad / hot water bottle.
*Volunteer to go buy some Midol or similar drug.
*Make her a drink (definitely only with her permission).
*Help out with whatever chores she has for the day.
*Listen if she needs to talk.
*Be patient and don't automatically get defensive if it sounds like she is upset at you, it's probably just that she's not feeling well.
*If she needs some space, give it to her (but let her know you're available if she changes her mind).
*Tell her how much you care!
