A philosophical question.... If guns are legal and any psychopath with a grudge can buy one, do we need to make guns easier to purchase, so that people who aren't psychopaths can defend themselves?

• I dont remember anywhere in the Constitution where it mentioned homestead or home turf, could you point me in the right direction for these writings. But I have read this.
