    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Nontoxic acrylic paint is safe and available for children. These paint bottles and tubes come in many colors and are compatible with the types of projects children enjoy. Keep in mind, though, that some acrylic paints can stain clothing. The acrylic paints that are toxic will have the toxic chemicals marked on the ingredient label -- these include cadmium, cobalt, magnesium, chromium and lead.
