• I agree. If a man has sex with a woman he should know that she could get pregnant, contraception isn't 100% effective anyway. It's still his choice to sleep with her, it isn't a woman's choice to be raped. It would also be tough to *prove* she purposely deceived him.

• I can't believe you all agree....So your in a horrible marriage that you know will not last so you begin to tell your wife how unhappy you are...and that you think time apart is very important you already have a 17 yr old and for the past 17 yrs there has never been a pregnancy...So on a daily basis you begin to tell her your not happy then one day she catches you with someone else instead of her leaving you like all/most women with any kind of self respect and pride would do...
  
  
  She stays and tortures you with guilt so I stay and I very rarely sleep with her...One night we have sex and I find out 8 wks later I'm going to be a Dad again...I don't want to belive that this women is this manipulative so i sit with my wife and explain this is not a good situation to bring this child into...and I really think that after so many yrs another child in this turmoil is selfish 1st of all we have a teenage daughter who needs all of our attention right now and it's not fair to let her play surrogate mother to our child (because my wife is an inadequate mother) thats why i never wanted a second child with her. Well needless to say she has this child and I am no longer there now not only do I give her almost my whole paycheck now I have baby # 2 that she insisted on having and now cries that she can't handle it...

Rape is a form of control the violator gets off on being in charge...Pregnant on purpose: My wife got off on having the upper hand it was her body and I had no control...Rape it is the victims body and she/he has no control...Whats the difference? Difference is I trusted my attacker...As opposed to the Rape victim who doesn't know her attacker...
