    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

The United States has no federal vaccination laws, and requirements for hepatitis B vary by state. For example, children must be vaccinated against hepatitis B before starting public school in Georgia, but neighboring state Alabama excludes this from its list of required school immunizations.
