Why do YOU drink(/not drink) alcohol? (To get laid, to mix in, to fit in, because everyone does it, enjoy the feeling of being light-headed, etc... )

    I drink because everyone i know drinks. I like having a drink in my hand and i like the knowlegde knowing that i am legal to drink (18). I like the atmosphere in the bar and the way a few drinks makes me feel. It also helps me relax.

    I hate getting drunk, and i cant remember the last time i was drunk. I do not get light headed or tipsy in public and the last time that happened i was at home with my boyfriend in a safe place.

    I think people take drinking to the extreme, and sometimes dont know when to stop.
    I can control my drinking, therefore i dont see anything wrong with it
