Can people have a glass eye? How would I know if someone has one?

    It's pretty simple. An artificial eye, no matter how artfully crafted, does not move like a normal eye. It does not change position or follow moving objects like the natural eye, and therefore creates a different facial expression.

    • Depends, i have a glass eye and it moves round... looks just like the other eye.. you have to consider the following -
      1. How badly the socket was damaged
      2. How we'll the eye was replaced

      my socket was not damaged enough to block signals from the brain. therefore when the eye was fitted, it was still able to receive signals from the brain just like the normal eye.
      My eye is hard to tell if its fake, though some other people ive seen with glass eys are easier to tell

      If you want one sure fire way to tell if they have a glass eye you can just look at the pupil haha... theres no way anyone with a glass eye can change pupil size :) maybe shine a flash light in there eyes to help? ahah jks!
