Help answer this question below.

Some please help! I tried to connect my toshiba satellite pro 4600 to a Comp USA Ethernet router & now every time I try to access the Internet my Zone alarms pop's up & blocks my connection. how do I reset Zone alarms or fix this problem?

    If you can't find anything in the settings, you may just need to uninstall and reinstall it. If it gives you the option to save your settings, choose No.

    Comments

    • open control center from the tray(task bar)
      choose the option program control
      look for you Comp USA Ethernet router
      and then right click in the area where you see ?
      menu comes up, choose add program, do it all away accross
      this will tell zonealarm these are safe program to allow though
      you can click X up in upper righthand corner to drop program back down to task bar
      you can do this any time to allow or disallow a program OK
