Help answer this question below.

I have been cycling every day for a month, for 45-60 minutes. I have lost no weight and only one half inch on my waist. I gained one half inch on my biceps. All other measurements are the same as when I started. Will I ever lose any weight?

    Same. I've been doing this for a month up to two hours every day and not lost one bit of weight. Just most toned. Wonder why we bother? lol
