Question

Help answer this question below.

Saw "Peaceful Warrior" the other day. Basic premise that I got from it...clear one's mind of everything except the present..let go of the past and don't think of the future because all you really have is the "Now". Can you do that?

I believe that everyone can do that. It is quite hard to do it as a habit, but still it is possible. I also agree with you. We shouldn't worry about the past, but rather learn from it, and we shouldn't worry for the future. We should be happy that we live another day.

    • Exactly. If you always live in the now, you'll notice everything about your life and be able to appreciate it more..if you dwell in the past or always think about the future, you are missing your life every day. Thanks for your answer, K-S. :)
