Help answer this question below.

What could a dull pain in the lower lung mean? Same pain on the backside as well.

This is a very uncomfortable feeling. Running out of breath/getting tired easily too.

    There are a lot of organs down there and I don't think it has anything to do with your lung. You are experiencing pain when you breath because when your draw in a breath your lung is expanding and pressing up against the problem area. The first organ I think of is the spleen. I hope this image that I posted shows up.
    If I was you, I would go to the doctor, because it is not your lung, it is another vital organ.
