Help answer this question below.

I have really bad acid reflux. I have heartburn severely right now, but I don't have any more of my perscription and my doctor's apt. is next week, I have taken three pks. of alka seltzer(today total) and it's still there. What can help me right now?

Well, I'm late in reading this but here is something that my own doctor ( who usually sneers at alternative medicine) told me to try........ Jump up and down. No kidding it kind of helps
