Help answer this question below.

I live in California, recently a tattoo shop gave my 16 yr. old a tattoo can't I sue them in civil court? If so, what damages can I sue for

    Dont know what you can sue for but with every tattoo you have to sing a paper stating you are over 18.... or with a parents signature. SO I would go to the tattoo shop and request that paperwork see if someone else signed for your child... or maybe if your child used a fake ID. Your child could have gotten it dont at home too. So look into things first
