Help answer this question below.

My friend thinks I talked about her and I don't know what to do..?

I just found out that my friend thinks that I talked about her behind her back. Apparently I said she was ugly and I never wanted to see her again and that she was the worst lacrosse player ever. I would never say that but i know there's no way of proving that i didn't. I tried to text her about it but she told me to stop lying to her and then never replied to me after that. Is letting go the only thing I can do?
