precum doesn't even have sperm in it most of the time. The exception is if a male just ejaculated. Then the next arousal and its precum could pick up sperm left in his urethra (tube inside of penis)and bring it along. But it isn't much sperm, and I am hoping that all the web sites tell you that each ejaculation in a male has millions of sperm in it.
