Help answer this question below.

Supposedly, there are almost 40,000 couples getting married tomorrow on 7/7/07. Don't you think that finding a great partner is better than relying on a stupid date like all sevens to ensure a lasting marriage?

    It's not so much that people are just running out and getting married because of the date. The thing is that everyone who was already planning to get married AROUND this time just chose the exact date. If you had to plan a wedding this summer wouldn't you? People also got married on 6-6-06 (strangely enough) and the same thing on the new millenium

    • I actually know 3 couples who did that because of the date and 2 out 3 are divorced or in the process.
