ye this is what they say but like alot of people say years ago the age to feed babies solids was 3months old then they changed it to 4months old and now to 6 and the end ov the day you do whats rite for your baby some babies just need that little bit extra.

ALL babies need what is nutritionaly correct for them and there is not a single shred of evidence to suggest that a healthy 3 month old baby could benefit from solid foods.

Have you seen the news recently? Now all the experts agree that you babies need more than just breast milk or formula before they are 6 months! Guys just go with your instinct. I could see and feel that my son is bored of milk at three months, constantly hungry and not able to drink more than 6oz at the time- even that took him 45 min to drink...I grandmother gave me pasta at three months and here i am living healthy without alergies... :)
