I have some US postage stamps that are marked:
USA The "H" Rate make-up stamp
How are these to be used when mailing a first class letter within the continental US?

    I believe it is worth 1 cent. The H rate make up stamp was used with 33 cent stamps when the rate was increased to 34 cents.
