Help answer this question below.

If someone's parents take narcotics because they got a doctor to give them a prescription. What can you do to make them stop taking it ..what can the parents' son/daughter have to help resolve this?

    If you know the parents are abusing the narcotics by taking to many at once then buying more on the street to keep them going until the next script is due to be picked up then I would call the doctors office and let them know what this parent is up to..Trust me I have lived through a situation very similar to this one. If someone you know is abusing narcotics and you just sit back and do nothing then you are guilty of enabling them in their addiction. What happens if they eventually overdose and die. Thats something you would have to live the rest of your life with. Can you handle that kind of guilt
