    • I agree. I cool the toast by placing two slices "wigwam-style" on the plate so that no condensation develops which would make the toast soggy. Then I have one slice with just butter on it and another buttered with extra-thick cut bitter orange marmalade ... I can't believe I'm typing this! How boring! Excuse me while I go and throw myself out of a window.
