Help answer this question below.

There is a twin with two heads with one body each head/person controlls one half of the body .. what if the twin on the right kills someone can they legally put both in jail since they are two people in one body ? They have 2 hearts etc....

    That's a good one.

    The body has two souls. Although I cannot see the punishment, it is the guilty who should be punished, and the innocent free. The innocent one cannot go to jail. It is not legal, but proper justice will still take place.

    • This question may still remain unanswered for now, for I do not know a proper way of justice. Maybe one day, it 'll be setteled. This is all I can give you for now.

    • this is america, it depends on the twins' financial situation
      rich, both not guilty
      poor one for murder the other for accessory and/or conspiracy to commit murder
