The Supreme Court is reviewing a case of a man who was convicted of raping his 8yr old step daughter in Louisiana. The state wants the death penalty. Do you think it would be warranted in this case?

    No. Aside from blatant treason I can think of nothing that would warrant the death penalty.

    Let the prisoners rape and murder the man. Let their form of "justice" take hold. I don't see any civility in a society that allows its government to round up and kill its own people. None whatsoever.
