If something happened to you at a restaurant, for example, a waitress spilled water on you, would you just forget about it or try to sue the restaurant for profit?

    I wouldn't SUE unless they caused me some kind of serious harm.

    that being said, I went to Waffle House the other night with some friends and the COOK told us we shouldn't eat there. He then went on to say (with a sick looking smile on his face) that if we DID stay, he'd fix us something "real niiiiice". We hauled ass out of there as fast as we could! I did send the company an email to let them know what had happened, but I don't expect anything to come of it. I feel bad for anyone who lets that guy cook their food. It'll turn out "real niiiice"!
