I just made a cauliflower/cheese soup w/ a butter/garlic crouton type topping with some parsely and sprinkled cheese., w/ side of garlic bread. My husband wouldn't eat it. Have you ever made anything your family wouldn't eat? I loved it!

Sounds wonderful! I know broccoli cheese soup is good, this is probably similar.
And yes, my family won't touch my Eggplant Parmesan.
Their loss! LOL
