I love this guy, but I cant flirt with him, I flirt with other guys if I feel like it, but it doesnt come as easily with him. Is it normal?

It's not uncommon. You can flirt with the other guys because you aren't in love with them, so you have nothing to lose if they don't flirt back. The bad news is that if you keep your guard up, you'll never know if the guy you love is interested.
