What does WAZIG mean in dutch? Some dude has it on their licenseplate and I heard it means (being stoned) but he doesn't look the type to be doing drugs.

You can look up 'wazig' in the dictionary and take it as literally as you want. But take it from a dutchman that 'wazig' can have many meanings on the streets here. A 'wazige' person is just someone who is acting weird. But I think it can also mean to be stoned since you can have a 'wazig' sight, blurred sight. I haven't heard the word 'wazig' alot to call someone stoned but I think it is a good description for it tho since he starts acting weird and have a blurred sight.
