Do you think that there should be more modesty in the theater, and in the arts in general?

    True, the stage can be a breeding ground for massive egos, and no one hates divas more than I. But, there isn't much of an alternative in that line of work. You're either self-reliant and confident, or you aren't. It's much more advantageous to be the former rather than the later, and that's why that type of behavior is permissible. That's also why I prefer choral work to opera ;)
